I love this video! I relate to what you said at the end so much. Sometimes I'm like "damn did I really have this awful thought", or it could be a way I acted but I didn't like it one bit or didnt know where it came from. I feel grateful that at least I'm able to think that way, as plenty people don't even have that voice/self-awareness to get themselves out of situations they put themselves in. Please don't let heart support ever fade.
